Doechii isn't wasting time making her mark sonically and stylishly in 2025. Fans of her music and fashion were gifted a treat as we entered the new year with the release of the official music video for her single "Denial Is a River." The visual, parodying the 1989 sitcom Family Matters, features several outfit changes including one that stars a men's Romeo Hunte Spring/summer 2025 Denim Varsity Vest.

Oversized on the runway model and Doechii, the raw denim-based vest features a red and white ribbed hem and sleeves and a grey and white ribbed v-neckline. The Romeo Hunte vest was styled with a long-sleeved pinstripes button-down shirt, khaki pants, and platform oxford-style shoes. The vest retails for $850 on romeohunte.com.

Doechii has been on fire lately, delivering music that’s as bold and dynamic as her personality. Her recent tracks showcase a seamless blend of sharp lyricism, innovative beats, and infectious energy that only she can bring. She released her third mixtape, Alligator Bites Never Heal, in August 2024, which received critical acclaim for its ambition and musical diversity. The mixtape earned her three Grammy nominations, including Best Rap Album according to Vulture.

Beyond her music, Doechii has been actively engaging with her audience on various topics. She addressed casual homophobia during an interview on The Breakfast Club, emphasizing the importance of honesty and consent in relationships. “How can I be bisexual and then I’m gonna date somebody else who’s bisexual? Why, because it’s a man? Who cares?”
