Travis Scott to Unveil His New Album 'Utopia' With a Performance in Egypt

Would you make a trip to Cairo for a Travis Scott performance?

Ahead of 'Utopia's' release, the "Sicko Mode" rapper took to Twitter to announce he's performing the upcoming project live at the Pyramids on July 28th. "UTOPIA LIVE AT THE PYRAMIDS CANT WAITTTT TO SEE YA TICKETS http://Travisscott.com," he shared on Sunday.

The eagerly awaited 'Utopia,' LP is also dropping with five unique artworks and launches that include 'Utopia' CD, Vinyl, and box sets with limited edition cut-and-sew clothing and accessories merchandise, all available for pre-order now on shop.travisscott.com.

Last month new broke that Travis Scott will not face criminal charges for the 2021 Astroworld Festival deaths, where ten people unfortunately lost their lives due to compression asphyxia from "a slow compaction or constriction into this quadrant, resulting in collapses within the crowd," said Houston Detective Michael Barrow according to ABC News. Barrow also shared this was not a crowd stampede like some media outlets reported. "One of the key contributing factors to the deaths was the overpopulation and resulting compaction in this quadrant.
