Lil Baby Drops New Album WHAM
New year, new music. Lil Baby is kicking off 2025 with the debut of his fourth studio album, WHAM. The project comprises 15 tracks and features a star-studded roster of artists like GloRilla, Young Thug, Future and Travis Scott. To align with the album's release, Lil Baby also dropped the official music video for "F U 2x," which you can watch above.
In 2024, Lil Baby solidified his status as one of hip-hop's most influential artists, blending his signature melodic flow with increasingly introspective lyrics. His album The Voice Inside garnered critical acclaim for its nuanced storytelling, tackling themes like personal growth, societal struggles, and the weight of success. Fans appreciated his ability to evolvewhile maintaining the authenticity that first endeared him to listeners. Collaborations with artists like J. Cole and SZA showcased his versatility, and his live performances demonstrated his growing command of the stage. In December, Lil Baby hosted his fourth annual Lil Baby & Friends concert in his hometown, Atlanta, Georgia. There, he performed “Whoa (My Turn, 2020)" and “Close Friends (Drip Harder, 2019 mixtape with Gunna).” and was joined on stage by 42 Dugg, Lil Dann, Tay B, Hunxho, 4Batz, Rylo Rodriguez, Sexyy Red, Muni Long, Rod Wave, and 21 Savage.
