Dave East Reminds Us To Grow Up On "Peter Pan"
Dave East isn't letting up on dropping music in 2018. Yesterday, the Harlem rapper shared his latest track, "Peter Pan." Named after the leader of the Lost Boys, "Peter Pan" tells the story of a grown man who has yet to act as such. " He 37, think he 22, His mother work, he plays the crib, just polishing his .22. Plus he eats up all the food but never grocery shop, acting like he out looking for a job, but he knows he not," East spits on the Mr. Authenthic produced song.
The paranoid artist has kept his loyal 1.5 million followers and casual fans engaged with new music and visuals for most of 2018 up to date (2/23). Since the start of the year, Dave East has dropped the follow up to his August 2017 release, 'Paranoia: A True Story,' with 'Paranoia 2'. A freestyle with fellow New Yorker Don Q over Jay-Z's "Family Feud," a country-wide tour that recently wrapped up, a visual for his song "They Hate" and jumping on Maino's latest track "Bag Talk" also featuring Jaque rounds out some of Dave East bag securing 2018 music moves.
