What prompted you to audition for Too Hot to Handle?
Netflix reached out to me to be a part of the show. Initially, I was skeptical because the producers contacted me from an Instagram page (with 300 followers) titled “Wild Love.” They mentioned they were casting for a new show, but something told me to just go with it and trust the process, and I’m glad that I did.
Did you always picture yourself going out for a reality TV show? What are some of your favorite reality TV Shows you grew up watching?
I never really pictured myself doing reality television, but I always found it interesting. The shows I wanted to do were more competitive, like Fear Factor or American Ninja Warrior. Even though I never had it in the cards to be on one of those shows, the phrase “too hot to handle” is me personified [lol].
If the fans had to characterize you as the hero or the villain on Too Hot To Handle, which one do you think they would pick for you and why?
At first, the fans definitely pinned me as the villain or “the player” of the show, because I was indecisive on which woman to choose. But as the show went on, I won over some hearts by being more understanding and chilled out with my playboy actions.
How easy or hard is it for you to practice discipline while dating or in your romantic relationships?
In the past, it took some willpower for me to restrain temptation. It was hard for me to practice discipline in my relationships because my vice was always trying to spend time with beautiful women. But recently, I’ve learned that if you don’t have discipline you’re going to continue in the same loop of hurting the one that you love.
What does a typical first date look like with Nigel Jones?
I’m very spontaneous, so a typical date depends on how I’m feeling that day. But a “good date” might involve some great food with a nice ambiance; a couple of drinks, amazing conversation, and a nightcap.
Tell us about Eurofit. What inspired the name, and is it a clothing line or a brand that encompasses the apparel with the fitness training you offer?
Eurofit is a brand, a lifestyle, and a household name all in one. I offer workout apparel for men and women, in addition to allowing patrons to get “Eurofit” with my online training sessions or one-on-one personal sessions. I promote healthy lifestyles because when you look good, you feel good!
We’re heading into winter, and we hear all the time, “Summer bodies are made in the winter.” As a trainer, can you build the body of your dreams for the summer if you start during the winter?
Summer bodies are definitely made in the winter! It takes two-to-three months to get acclimated to working out and to start seeing results with the right diet and exercise. If you go hard consistently during those winter months, you’ll be “beach-ready” by June! But I can’t stress enough that it starts with a healthy diet and consistency – the two most important things. And don’t give up!
What is your favorite kind of fitness training to do and why?
I love doing full-body exercises that get right to the point! On a typical Friday or Saturday I do full-body meaning, I work out everything for about an hour. Then I'll do a little bit of cardio to top it off.
Will we see you on our TV screens and streaming services again?
You will definitely see me on the big screen again sooner than you think! Stay tuned.
